Shipping & Handling

Please allow 1-3 business days after placing an order for your item (s) to be fully processed & shipped out. All collectibles are treated with upmost care & packaged with quality grade protection to ensure a safe delivery.

Event/Season/Holiday/Convention:
Shipping & handling processing times may be affected during these activities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be fully processed & shipped.

Pre Orders

Pre Orders are fully processed & shipped out on a future date. The product available for purchase may still be in production or yet to be released. Estimated dates of arrival/shipping will be provided or updated if possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
All Pre Orders may be subject to cancellation & refund if any issues with distribution occurs. Any item (s) in the same order as a Pre Order product will be delayed & shipped when all items in the order are available. Please seperate Pre Order products & In Hand products to prevent possible delays & cancellations.

Cancellations/Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns on any of our products due to the authenticity & value held by each collectible. Cancellations & refunds are allowed if requested by the customer before the order is shipped.

We are not liable for any damage/lost packages caused by the mail carrier.
